🌟 Gelleza Nail Studio Policies 🌟 For any questions or special requests, I’m just a text away! • Phone: +317-400-1013 ✅ Always send me a text message! At Gelleza, we prioritize nail health and a serene "Quiet Luxury" experience. To ensure the highest quality of service for our clients please review our studio policies: 📆 Booking & Deposits • Mandatory Deposit: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes directly toward your total service cost. • Manual Bookings: If an appointment is booked directly through me without an upfront deposit, and results in a No-Show, a $30 fee will be automatically added to your next scheduled service. ⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Failure to cancel within 24 hours or a "No-Show" will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit. • Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled unless you notify me. If we proceed, your service may be adjusted or shortened to respect the next client’s time. 🎨 Service Customization (Add-ons) • Time Allocation: Please ensure you select all necessary Add-ons when booking (e.g., Nail Art, Broken Nail Repair, or Removal). This allows us the appropriate time to deliver a flawless result without rushing. 👣 Pedicure Selection (Health & Restoration) • Choosing Your Service: To achieve a flawless result, please select the appropriate pedicure. If your feet have not received professional care in 2 months or more, or require extra attention due to dryness or buildup, please book the "Restorative Pedicure." • Service Adjustments: If a Basic Pedicure is booked but the condition of your feet requires restorative work, your service will be subject to change. 🚫 Studio Environment • Guest Policy: To maintain a focused and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed without prior approval. • Children & Pets: For safety reasons, children and pets are not permitted. We work in a controlled space with professional tools and chemical products that must remain out of reach.
