✨️Gelleza Nail Studio Policies For any questions or special requests, feel free to text me anytime. 📱 Phone: +1 (317) 400-1013 ✔️ Please always communicate via text message for faster response. At Gelleza, we prioritize nail health and a calm, elevated luxury experience. To maintain the highest quality of service for every client, please take a moment to review the Studio Policies below. 📆 Booking & Deposits • A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. (This deposit goes toward your total service cost.) • Appointments booked directly without a deposit that result in a no-show will incur a $30 fee added to the next service. ⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in loss of the deposit. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled unless you notify me. If we proceed, the service may be adjusted to respect the next client’s time. 🎨 Service Customization (Add-ons) • Please make sure to select all necessary add-ons when booking (nail art, repairs, removal, etc.). This ensures enough time is reserved for your service and allows for a flawless result without rushing. 🚫 Studio Environment • To maintain a calm and focused environment, no additional guests are allowed unless previously approved. • For safety reasons, children and pets are not permitted in the studio due to professional tools and chemical products.
