**Studio Policies** 1- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your total. 2- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. 3- You have a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled unless you Notify me. 4- If we proceed, your service may be shortened or adjusted to respect the time of other clients. 5- No extra guests without prior approval. 6- Children and pets are not allowed, as we work in a controlled environment with professional tools and products that must be kept out of reach. 7- Full removals, nail corrections, or major shape changes are an additional $10–$15. 8- Appointments after 5:30 PM must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. A $20 extended-hours fee applies, as these times fall beyond regular service hours and are offered as a courtesy for those with limited daytime availability.
